The Board of Consultants comprises the President, the Vice-President, the Assistant to the President, and the experts and consultants of the Bureau. It shall convene to study and finalize the memorandums and records prepared by Bureau members with regards to draft laws, regulations and general guidelines, as well as any issues the President wishes to bring before the Bureau. The President and members of the Bureau shall also participate in several internal and external committees to study certain issues, as well as participate in quasi-judicial committees and attend conferences and seminars.
